FAQ

Questions before the first cycle.

A practical guide to Savelaine, office drops, subscriptions, freshness, and allergens.

What is Savelaine?

Savelaine is a French-inspired, California-made daily office ritual: one new creation delivered to your workplace every workday through a prepaid Savelaine Cycle.

Is Savelaine a pastry?

Savelaine is its own daily creation. It is individually packed, built around a five-part structure, and designed as a workplace ritual rather than a traditional pastry order.

How does the subscription work?

You reserve a prepaid Savelaine Cycle for your office drop. You receive one Savelaine per delivery day. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next cycle cutoff.

Can I choose the daily recipe?

Not in the launch line. Each day’s Savelaine is selected by the 28-Day Savelaine Cycle.

What if I am not in the office?

Your Savelaine is still delivered to the office drop. It may be left with reception, an office manager, a designated contact, or another agreed pickup point.

What if the whole office is closed?

If the office notifies Savelaine before the production cutoff, the day may be credited. If closure happens after production begins, refunds are not guaranteed.

Is Savelaine allergy-free?

No. The launch line is not allergy-free and may contain milk, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, and other allergens. Please do not subscribe if you have severe food allergies.

How long does Savelaine stay fresh?

Savelaine is best enjoyed within 6 hours of delivery.

What is the Founding Member Rate?

The first 100 paid members may qualify for the Founding Member Rate after six consecutive paid Savelaine Cycles. Terms apply.

Can a company sponsor subscriptions?

Yes. Companies can request sponsored or team subscriptions. Founding Member Rate eligibility applies only to the specific subscriptions included in the first 100 paid members.
